Shudder announces Season of Screams 2026 programming schedule

Shudder has announced the schedule for its ‘Season of Screams 2026’ programming event. The four-month celebration begins in September and runs through the holiday season, featuring a lineup of new film releases, series, specials, and live watch parties on Shudder TV.

Key highlights include the premiere of the feature ‘Hallowarrior’, a new season of ‘The Creep Tapes’, and the return of the ‘Ghoul Log’ special, titled ‘Curse of the Ghoul Logs’, which begins October 1. Other scheduled premieres include ‘Parasomnia’, ‘V/H/S/Mixtape’, ‘Infirmary’, ‘Bloody Tennis’, and ‘The Cycle’. The event will also feature the 2026 FANGORIA Chainsaw Awards and ‘Joe Bob’s Halloween House Party’.

In addition to new content, the event will spotlight existing franchise films such as ‘Insidious’, ‘Twilight Zone: The Movie’, and the ‘Psycho’ series. Live watch parties are scheduled for Fridays at 9 pm ET, including themed events such as ‘Indigenous Horror’.
