Shueisha Games reveals gameplay details for UN:Me
Shueisha Games has revealed new gameplay details for UN:Me, an upcoming “soul-triage adventure” showcased at Gamescom 2026. Developed by Japanese studio historia Inc., the game blends psychological horror, mystery, and narrative decision-making.
In UN:Me, players navigate an unsettling world to investigate a young girl inhabited by four different souls. Each soul claims to be the rightful owner of the body, and players must collect “Memory Fragments” through exploration and dialogue to uncover their true identities. The gameplay focuses on conversation and investigation rather than traditional combat, requiring players to make the difficult decision of which single identity to preserve while erasing the others.
The game is scheduled for a 2026 release on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Steam.
