Shunpei Naruse joins Nankatsu SC

Nankatsu SC, a club in the Kanto Soccer League Division 1, has announced the signing of 25-year-old defender Shunpei Naruse. Naruse previously played for J1 side Kashiwa Reysol before leaving the club in June.

Naruse, who made his professional debut with Nagoya Grampus in 2018, joins Nankatsu SC to reunite with manager Yasuhiro Kazama, who coached him during his early career at Nagoya. Naruse expressed enthusiasm about working under Kazama again and stated his desire to continue growing as a player.

Nankatsu SC aims to achieve promotion to the Japan Football League (JFL) and eventually enter the J.League. Naruse's move from the top tier to the regional Kanto league has drawn significant attention from fans on social media.
