OnDance festival returns to Milan with Roberto Bolle

The ninth edition of the OnDance festival is taking place in Milan from September 11 to 13, 2026. Created and directed by Roberto Bolle, the event transforms the city into an open-air stage for dance enthusiasts and professionals.

Key activities include free open classes in 30 different dance styles held at the Castello Sforzesco. The festival also features special evening events in Piazza Duomo, including swing and tango dance nights. A major highlight of the celebration is a large collective march involving approximately 2,000 dancers, which will move from the Castello Sforzesco toward Parco Sempione in a unified choreography.
