Siam Piwat to invest 10 billion baht in ICONPHUKET project

Siam Piwat has announced a 10 billion baht investment to develop ‘ICONPHUKET’, a major project scheduled to open in 2029. This marks the company’s first significant expansion outside of Bangkok, targeting Phuket as a strategic economic and tourism hub.

The project is designed as a ‘Hybrid Retail-Attraction & Entertainment Destination’ and will feature 12 world-class attractions. One-third of the project area will be dedicated to global-scale entertainment and attractions, while over 40% will be allocated to green spaces and outdoor gardens.

ICONPHUKET is intended to serve as a key component of the ‘Synthesis Ark Phuket’ mixed-use mega-project, a 50 billion baht smart city development covering 500 rai in Thalang District. The broader development aims to connect the potential of 14 southern provinces to global economic, trade, and investment opportunities.
