Siap expands Maniago plant with new worker welfare services

Siap, a member of the Carraro Group specializing in transmission systems for the automotive and industrial vehicle sectors, has inaugurated new corporate services and facilities at its Maniago plant. The investments include a new canteen equipped with modern kitchen facilities, new changing rooms for female staff, expanded production spaces, and improved internal infrastructure such as a covered pedestrian and cycle path connecting parking areas to the plant.

The company, which employs approximately 600 people, has seen growing turnover and profitability. Regional Councilor Sergio Emidio Bini noted that the company’s development and innovation in Maniago and Montereale Valcellina have been supported by regional instruments dedicated to innovation.
