Sibanye-Stillwater to launch secondary listing on A2X

Sibanye-Stillwater has received approval for a secondary listing of its ordinary shares on the A2X exchange, effective October 6, 2026. This move is intended to provide investors with increased access to the company’s shares through an additional regulated trading platform, thereby enhancing liquidity and shareholder choice.

The new listing on A2X will not affect the company’s primary listing on the JSE Limited or its secondary listing of American Depositary Shares on the New York Stock Exchange. A2X is a licensed exchange regulated by the South African Financial Sector Conduct Authority and the Prudential Authority of the Reserve Bank.

Sibanye-Stillwater is a global mining and metals processing group involved in the production of platinum group metals, gold, nickel, chrome, copper, silver, cobalt, and zinc. The group also operates in metal recycling and battery metal processing.
