SIBCA 2026 trade fair highlights low-carbon real estate

At the 2026 Low-Carbon Real Estate Trade Fair (SIBCA) held at the Grand Palais in Paris, the construction and real estate sectors are showcasing new technical methods to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The building sector is currently responsible for approximately 40% of global emissions, prompting industry professionals, developers, and architects to adopt greener practices.

PariSeine received two major awards during the event: the Grand Prix de l’immobilier Intensité Bas Carbone and the Jury’s Favorite award for the rehabilitation of the Orion building. These distinctions recognize the company’s efforts to integrate low-carbon requirements into all stages of its operations, from design to realization.
