Sichuan Teway Food Achieves 100% Compliance Accuracy with Centric PLM

Sichuan Teway Food Group Co., Ltd., a specialist in compound condiments with seven brands and exports to more than 50 markets, has deployed Centric PLM to digitalize its research‑and‑development, automate compliance checks and improve cost management. The implementation was carried out in two phases, the first in April 2023 for foundational data and project management and the second in May 2025 for risk control, automation and cost oversight.

The new system reduced the time required to adjust 44 formulas from four person‑days to a matter of minutes, accelerated formula review and product specification creation by about 80 %, and achieved 100 % compliance calculation accuracy for food safety, export, halal and additive regulations. The digital R&D foundation positions Teway Food to scale its brand portfolio and export footprint more efficiently.
