Sicily and Sardinia showcase summer fine‑dining experiences

Nunziatina, a restaurant in Taormina founded in 2022 and joining the Bella Repertoire hospitality group in 2025, is being promoted as a prime summer gastronomic destination. The venue blends Sicilian culinary tradition with contemporary design, a curated drinks program and a focus on local ingredients, aiming to celebrate convivial hospitality.

Other notable summer venues include the Forte Village Resort in Sardinia, where chef Andrea Berton presents seasonal menus through August 30, and Carusu Restaurant in Agrigento’s Valley of the Temples, where chef Alen Mangione highlights fresh, territorial products. In Taormina, the Bellevue Restaurant at Hotel Metropole offers a terrace with views of the sea and Mount Etna, serving dishes crafted from daily‑sourced Sicilian ingredients.

Together, these establishments illustrate a regional push toward fine‑dining that combines elegance, local terroir and modern interpretation, targeting tourists and food enthusiasts during the summer months.
