Sicily hosts Corsa del Ricordo race and Premio 91023 awards

The fourth edition of the Corsa del Ricordo took place in Catania, organized by ASI and ANVGD to commemorate the foibe massacres and the Julian-Dalmatian exodus. Over 200 athletes participated in the event, which included 110 professionals and approximately 100 amateurs competing on a 1.2 km loop along Viale Ruggero di Lauria. Giuseppe Caragnano and Erica De Maria secured first place in the professional category.

In Favignana, the eighth edition of the Premio 91023 – Eccellenze delle Egadi was held at Palazzo Florio. The event celebrated local talent, culture, and sports within the Egadi archipelago. A central component of the evening was a talk show regarding the new air route connecting Sicily to Lublin, Poland, aimed at promoting Western Sicily through international tourism development.
