Sicily hosts upcoming literary presentations in Mazara del Vallo and Gallipoli

Several literary events are scheduled in Sicily. In Mazara del Vallo, author Gaspare Grammatico will present his new noir novel, “La mentalità del granchio. Un’indagine del commissario Nenè Indelicato,” at the Civic Center on August 23. The story follows an investigation into a mysterious murder in Trapani involving an orchestra director.

In Gallipoli, criminologist Antonio Russo will present “Stalking storie straordinarie di un crimine ordinario” on August 24 at Piazza Falcone Borsellino. The book addresses issues such as obsessive jealousy and cyberstalking, featuring testimonies from women and mothers. The event will include contributions from various political and social figures, including Senator Alessandra Maiorino and regional official Cristian Casili.
