Crescenzio Pizzeria a Tavola in Riposto introduced a seasonal "padellino" pizza format for summer, featuring three new recipes that use fresh, in‑season ingredients and Zefiro extra‑virgin olive oil from the Feminò farm. The dough is made with a blend of Petra flours, a 24‑hour‑aged biga, and a double‑cooking process that combines gas‑oven baking with vacuum‑preserved maturation to achieve a crisp exterior and airy crumb.

In Punta Secca, the house known from the TV series Montalbano reopened as Adelina, a restaurant headed by chef Joseph Micieli. Adelina serves fifteen seafood‑topped pizzas and additional dishes drawn from Andrea Camilleri’s novels, highlighting locally sourced fish, ragusan tomato sauce and traditional sweets, creating a menu that blends literary nostalgia with Mediterranean flavors.
