Sicredi expands financial market training and professional inclusion

Sicredi, in partnership with the Brazilian Federation of Banks (Febraban), is advancing its Financial Market Training Program, which aims to increase professional qualification and employability for diverse groups. The initiative focuses on providing access to individuals including people with disabilities, youth in socio-economic vulnerability, women, Black, Indigenous, LGBTQIAPN+, and refugee populations.

Three employees from Sicredi Vale do Piquiri Abcd are currently in the final stage of the program, preparing for the FBB 510 certification. The 159-hour training combines online activities with in-person meetings in Curitiba. To date, the program has trained over 125 people, with more than half successfully joining the Sicredi workforce, supporting the organization's alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
