Sicredi merges Grandes Rios and Biomas cooperatives

Sicredi Grandes Rios MT/PA/AM and Sicredi Biomas have merged to operate as a single cooperative. This consolidation aims to strengthen regional development and increase operational scale across the Center-West and Amazon regions of Brazil.

The unified entity manages more than R$ 1.2 billion in net equity and total assets exceeding R$ 11.9 billion. The new structure serves over 360,000 members and employs more than 1,200 collaborators.
