Sicredi named Brazil’s best company to work for for third year

The cooperative financial institution Sicredi has been ranked as the best company to work for in Brazil for the third consecutive year. The organization secured first place in the ‘Gigantes’ (Giants) category of the 2026 Great Place To Work (GPTW) ranking.

This achievement follows previous top rankings in 2024 and 2025. The recognition is attributed to a management strategy focused on human development, innovation, well-being, and professional growth opportunities for its more than 50,000 employees. The institution operates through more than 90 credit cooperatives and serves over 10.5 million members across more than 2,000 Brazilian municipalities.

Daniele Schmidt, executive director of People and Culture at Sicredi, stated that there is a direct connection between the organization’s external service and its internal culture, noting that the cooperative purpose creates a virtuous cycle between employees and members.
