Sicredi ranked among top 15 Best Companies to Work for in Latin America

Sicredi has been recognized for the second consecutive year as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Latin America by Great Place To Work (GPTW). During the awards ceremony held in Rio de Janeiro, the financial institution ranked among the top 15 companies in the region.

The recognition follows a period of consistent organizational growth, including a 92% systemic engagement rate recorded in the 2026 Climate Survey. Daniele Schmidt, Sicredi’s Executive Director of People and Culture, stated that the achievement reinforces a culture built on listening, trust, and continuous evolution.

This follows previous accolades for the institution, which in 2025 was named the Best Company to Work for in Brazil in the Giants category and previously ranked among the top 25 companies in the Latin American ranking.
