Sicredi receives top brand and workplace recognitions

Sicredi has received multiple recognitions regarding its brand presence and organizational culture. In Santa Catarina, Brazil, the credit cooperative secured first place in the Credit Cooperative category of the Top of Mind NSC awards for the fifth consecutive year. The survey, conducted by Instituto Mapa and published by NSC, measures brand recall through spontaneous consumer responses.

On a regional level, Sicredi was named one of the top 15 Best Companies to Work for in Latin America by Great Place To Work (GPTW) for the second year in a row. The institution reported a 92% systemic engagement rate in its recent climate survey, highlighting its organizational culture and employee development practices.
