Sicredi surpasses R$ 500 billion in assets amid expansion

Sicredi has reached a significant financial milestone, surpassing R$ 500 billion in total assets as of July 2026. This represents a 175% increase in assets since July 2021, during which the institution's size grew 2.8 times. The cooperative's membership has also nearly doubled, rising from 5.28 million to 10.5 million associates over the same five-year period.

To support this growth, Sicredi has expanded its physical presence by 49% since 2021, opening over 1,000 new branches and reaching a total of more than 3,100 service points across more than 2,100 municipalities. In certain locations, it remains the only financial institution providing physical service.

As part of its strategic expansion, Sicredi Ouro Verde MT/PA has inaugurated two integrated agencies in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso. One of these facilities is specifically dedicated to the agribusiness sector. This move aims to better serve rural producers and companies who reside in the capital but maintain agricultural operations in other regions of the state. Currently, Sicredi Ouro Verde holds over R$ 6 billion in agribusiness-related operations, with approximately R$ 700 million of that volume concentrated in Cuiabá over the last three years.
