Sicredi's social programs bring sports kits to thousands of Brazilian youth

Sicredi, in partnership with Visa and the nonprofit Instituto Futebol de Rua, launched a nationwide social action delivering complete sports uniforms and shoes to about 6,400 children and adolescents across roughly 40 cities in Brazil. The initiative, inspired by a campaign featuring former footballer Formiga, includes integration activities and promotes inclusion through sport, culture, education and technology.

Separately, the Sicredi Biomas Social Fund supported young athlete Lucas Martins Silva from Araputanga, Mato Grosso. With equipment provided by the fund, Silva earned a silver medal in the high‑jump at the IV South American Youth Games in Panama, matching the competition record at 2.08 m. His achievement highlights the impact of Sicredi’s community investment on Brazil’s athletic talent development.
