Sid Wilson photographed in studio with rapper Rome Fortune

Following his departure from the band Slipknot earlier this month, musician Sid Wilson has been seen in a recording studio with rapper Rome Fortune. The two artists shared a collaborative Instagram post on August 27 featuring Wilson in front of a switch board.

Wilson, who updated his social media biography to indicate his tenure with Slipknot spanned from 1997 to 2026, appears to be focusing on Vomit Face Records, a label he established in late 2025. Rome Fortune is currently listed as an artist on the label's roster. While it remains unclear if the pair is working on a specific song or if Wilson is producing for Fortune, the move suggests a shift toward label management and production.

Slipknot confirmed the separation in a social media statement on August 14, stating that the band would no longer be associated with Wilson.
