Siddhant Issar to play complex role in thriller Lohitaksha

Actor Siddhant Issar is set to portray a psychologically troubled and toxic husband in the upcoming thriller Lohitaksha, directed by Bhupindarra. This role marks a significant departure from his previous work, where he has gained recognition for playing divine figures such as Shri Ram and Krishna in various stage productions.

Issar cited Christian Bale’s performance in ‘American Psycho’ as an inspiration for exploring the dark and disturbing psychological depth required for his new character. He noted that his background in theatre has been instrumental in preparing him for the intense monologues and the complex personality presented in the film’s trailer.
