Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia star in ‘The Vvaan’ trailer

The trailer for the folk-mythological thriller ‘The Vvaan: Force of the Forest’ has been released, featuring Sidharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia in their first on-screen pairing. The film blends Indian folklore, supernatural horror, and action, centered around the legend of the Vvaan Devi forest temple.

The story follows a rational, city-bred man who returns to his ancestral village and enters a forbidden forest despite local warnings. His actions trigger a series of supernatural events and awaken an ancient divine force. The narrative explores the conflict between modern development and traditional faith, as the protagonist becomes an unlikely protector against dark forces known as the Bhuttakas.

The film is scheduled for theatrical release on September 25, 2026, and features an ensemble cast including Sunil Grover, Maniesh Paul, Shweta Tiwari, and Anup Soni.
