Sido reveals cover art for tenth solo album ‘Frieden’

Berlin rapper Sido has unveiled the cover art for his tenth solo studio album, titled ‘Frieden’, which is scheduled for release on November 27, 2026. The cover, photographed by David Daub and directed by Marco Dos Santos, features a portrait of the artist with his eyes closed. Notably, the artwork depicts physical traces of his new mask, showing its silhouette as a scar across his face and a deep scratch on his nose.

The announcement follows the release of the lead single ‘Issa’. The new mask, described as a milky-transparent model with skull-like contours, serves as a minimalist evolution of the iconic headwear Sido used during the early stages of his career.

While the full tracklist remains unconfirmed, it has been announced that Xavier Naidoo will feature on the title track. This collaboration has reportedly elicited mixed reactions from fans.
