Siena Contrade Committee donates equipment to Pediatrics department

The Permanent Committee of the Economi delle Contrade in Siena has donated two armchairs to the Pediatrics department of the Siena Hospital University Complex. The donation aims to improve comfort for families and young patients during hospital stays.

The funds for this contribution were raised during a banquet held on November 21, 2025, at the Contrada della Chiocciola, totaling 2,000 euros. The handover was attended by Professor Salvatore Grosso, director of the Pediatrics department, and Dr. Claudia Basagni representing the hospital management.
