Siena to host IKIGAI Validation Labs for community problem-solving

IKIGAI is launching the Validation Lab in Siena, a new initiative scheduled to begin in October 2026. The program aims to transform everyday community problems into practical services, products, and solutions through a process of shared design and experimentation.

The laboratory will utilize UX Design and Artificial Intelligence tools to help participants analyze problems, imagine solutions, and rapidly test their real-world validity. The initiative is open to individuals with new ideas, those looking to improve existing services, or anyone facing concrete daily difficulties.

In addition to participant-led projects, the program will focus on three specific local challenges: rental issues in Siena, workplace safety, and fraud prevention.
