SIER signs investment agreements with two companies at EJIF 2026

PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) has signed Letters of Intent (LoI) with two companies, PT Freyabadi Indotama and PT Filtrona Manufacturing Indonesia, during the East Java Investment Forum (EJIF) 2026.

The signing ceremony took place between October 1–2, 2026, at the Grand City Convex in Surabaya. PT Freyabadi Indotama operates in the chocolate industry, while PT Filtrona Manufacturing Indonesia specializes in cigarette filters. The agreements serve as an initial step for both parties to explore and develop further cooperation within the industrial estate.

The event was attended by several high-ranking officials, including East Java Vice Governor Emil Elestianto Dardak, SIER President Director Alif Abadi, and representatives from Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) East Java.
