Sierras Bayas delivers 108 serviced lots to families

In Sierras Bayas, authorities held a ceremony to deliver land tenure and possession for 108 serviced lots in the ETA neighborhood, located near Villa Arrieta. The lots were made available following a land cession from the company Perforadores del Sur.

Mayor Maximiliano Wesner led the event, which included municipal officials and beneficiary families. Recent municipal efforts have focused on infrastructure improvements in the sector, such as street openings and the installation of essential services.

As part of the announcement, beneficiary families will have access to a support program for purchasing construction materials, with deliveries planned in three stages over the coming year. The development is part of the Municipal Program of Lots with Services, which has generated over 350 lots across the Olavarría district.
