Sifup awards grants to five professional footballers for business ventures

The Chilean Professional Footballers Union (Sifup) has announced the five winners of its Bono Pyme program for the second half of 2026. The initiative is designed to support professional footballers in developing entrepreneurial ventures to provide sustainable career alternatives beyond their playing years.

Each of the five selected projects will receive 2,000,000 CLP, totaling an investment of 10,000,000 CLP. In addition to the financial aid, the winners will receive professional guidance to strengthen and scale their businesses. The winners were chosen from 22 applications across various regions of the country.

The selected projects include:

• CS19 Carnicería Móvil, led by Carlos Soza (Deportes Copiapó) • DelCastillo Food, led by Daniel Castillo (Deportes Iquique) • Escuela de Fútbol Deportes Concepción Maipú, led by Fabián Núñez (Santiago City) • Panadería y Amasandería Moka, led by Lucas Fierro (Deportes Rengo) • LEYIK Football Culture, led by Yerko Leiva (Unión La Calera)

Sifup President Luis Marín stated that the projects demonstrate members are actively planning for their future and family well-being, emphasizing that the union aims to provide both resources and long-term support.
