SIG Sauer expands handgun lineup with P211 and P365XL updates

SIG Sauer has expanded its handgun lineup with new releases and updated specifications for its existing models. The company has launched the P211-Full and P211-Carry, which are lightened versions of its 2011-style pistols. By replacing steel frames with aluminum and utilizing polymer grips, these models weigh significantly less than previous GT4 and GT5 versions. The P211-Full features a 5-inch bull barrel, while the P211-Carry utilizes a 4.2-inch barrel. Both models include optics-ready slides, ambidextrous controls, and skeletonized flat blade triggers.

Additionally, the SIG P365XL remains a prominent option in the concealed carry market. Designed to offer a balance between micro-compacts and larger pistols, the P365XL provides a longer grip and slide for improved control and sight radius while maintaining a 12-round capacity in a 9mm caliber. The P365XL continues to be a relevant choice for shooters seeking increased capacity and ergonomics without sacrificing concealability.
