SIG SAUER to showcase defense products at AUSA trade show

SIG SAUER will showcase its American-made defense products at the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) trade show in Washington, D.C. The company plans to highlight next-generation military small arms, including the SIG XM8, which is scheduled to begin fielding in December to support the Close Combat Force.

In addition to firearms, the manufacturer will present unmanned capabilities such as drones, counter-UAS technology, and remote-controlled weapon stations. To support these advancements, SIG SAUER is executing a multi-million-dollar expansion of its North Carolina facility, increasing both workforce and square footage dedicated to research, development, engineering, and manufacturing.
