Sigap Salud digital management system launches in Concordia

The Integral System for Personnel Management and Administration (Sigap Salud) has been implemented at the Hospital Delicia Concepción Masvernat in Concordia. This rollout is part of a progressive digital integration of hospitals and primary care centers under the Ministry of Health in Entre Ríos.

During the launch, training sessions were held for medical teams from other regional health centers. Health Minister Daniel Blanzaco stated that the system allows employees to manage their own personnel files and track leaves, aiming for a more transparent and efficient state. The system has previously been deployed in Paraná, Concepción del Uruguay, and Gualeguaychú.

Labor Secretary Mariano Camoirano noted that the tool modernizes human resources management by systematizing information and optimizing administrative procedures.
