Sigenergy unveils SigenAgent AI system as Germany touts Agentic Enterprise model
Sigenergy introduced SigenAgent, an autonomous artificial‑intelligence platform that controls solar panels, battery storage and related energy assets without manual intervention. The system continuously processes weather forecasts, electricity prices and grid conditions to optimise costs, provide backup power and even trade energy on volatile markets. It bundles four functions – Energy Manager, System Doctor, Power Trader and Business Assistant – and can be added to existing installations via over‑the‑air updates; the company says more than 200,000 installations already use its technology.
At the same time, German tech observers promoted the broader "Agentic Enterprise" concept, where autonomous AI agents and human staff collaborate on tasks. A startup called Leaders of AI, highlighted in a Silicon Saxony feature, operates with ten human employees supported by around 50 AI agents that perform hiring, planning and other functions, illustrating early experiments in fully AI‑augmented organisations.
