SIGEP World 2027 aims to double international buyer participation

The 48th edition of SIGEP World is scheduled to take place from January 23 to 27, 2027, at the Rimini Expo Centre. Organized by the Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), the event aims to significantly expand its international reach by doubling the number of top-tier international buyers from 502 in 2026 to approximately 1,000 for the 2027 edition.

As a major professional gathering for the pastry, bakery, gelato, chocolate, pizza, and coffee sectors, SIGEP World seeks to strengthen ties with high-end hospitality, travel catering, and distribution chains. The event will feature a new Guest Country, an International Pavilion, and various foreign delegations to facilitate global business networking.
