Sigma announces new Smart Light Series for bicycle lighting

Sigma has announced its new Smart Light Series, a bicycle lighting portfolio divided into two distinct categories: the Core Series and the Link Series. The Core Series focuses on reliable, user-friendly lighting for daily use and touring, while the Link Series emphasizes connectivity through the Sigma Ride App, remote controls, and integration with radar systems.

Key products include the Aura front light series and the Hiro rear light series. A standout model is the Aura 170 HB Link, which features a switchable high beam providing up to 170 lux, controllable via a handlebar remote. The Link Series allows for synchronized operation between front lights, rear lights, and radar units, such as the Reco 80 Link.

All new models are StVZO-compliant. Pricing for individual units ranges from €24.95 for Hiro rear lights to €169.95 for the Aura 170 HB Link, with various sets available. Availability is expected to roll out in stages starting in August or September 2026.
