Sigma Olomouc players face injury updates and national team disappointment

Coach Hapal discussed player updates and squad availability for Sigma Olomouc. He noted that player Bera felt internal disappointment regarding his omission from the national team selection by Santi Denia, though Hapal remains confident in his potential for future call-ups due to his strength in ball combination and recovery.

The squad is managing several injuries: Baráth underwent surgery for a hand issue and is also dealing with calf pain, while Krivák is sidelined long-term following meniscus surgery. Ekeroth is also recovering from a meniscus issue. On a positive note, Slavíček is expected to return to action next week, and young players Jiří Řezníček, Jiří Pšenica, and Igor Brzyski have recently been given opportunities to perform.
