Signal Festival to transform Prague with light art

The Signal Festival will take place in Prague from October 15 to 18, transforming the city into an open-air light gallery. The event features 21 light installations, including video mapping, digital art, and laser effects.

This year, the festival expands its routes to include both the city center and the Prague 6 district, specifically Dejvice. Notable highlights include video mapping on the Old Town Hall tower and the Archbishop's Seminary in Dejvice. Other installations include an interactive light structure by American artist Jim Campbell at Flemingovo náměstí and a sound robot by Ján Šicko.

Many of the installations in the streets are free to the public. The festival also features unique locations such as the Old Wastewater Treatment Plant in Bubeneč.
