Signature Global targets expansion beyond NCR and awards ₹920-crore Gurugram contracts
Signature Global is expanding its operations beyond the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) by targeting large-format residential projects in new markets. The developer intends to focus on low-rise developments spanning 100 to 150 acres, aiming to establish a presence in mid-income segments outside its core territory.
In its current market, the company has awarded ₹920 crore in construction contracts for the ‘Sarvam at DXP Estate’ project in Gurugram. KEC International and NCC Ltd have each received ₹460 crore contracts to construct 11 residential towers totaling 1,798 units. Construction for this 13.55-acre project is expected to begin by the end of the third quarter of the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
For the 2026-2027 fiscal year, Signature Global has set a sales target of ₹15,000 crore. The company reported sales of ₹4,400 crore in Q1, representing approximately 20 per cent of its ₹10,000 crore guidance for the current fiscal year, despite reporting a ₹16.5 crore net loss in the same period due to delayed launches and subdued demand.
