Siim Kallas, former Estonian Prime Minister and EU official, dies

Siim Kallas, a prominent Estonian statesman and former leader of the Reform Party, has passed away. Kallas held numerous high-ranking positions, including serving as Estonia's Minister of Finance, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prime Minister, and as a Vice-President of the European Commission.
