A 34-year property dispute in Siirt, Turkey, has been resolved, resulting in 497 citizens receiving their title deeds. The resolution covers parts of Alan Neighborhood and Yenimahalle.

Siirt Governor and Deputy Mayor Dr. Kemal Kızılkaya announced that land and plot regulations were implemented across approximately 195,000 square meters. The process involved reorganizing 177 cadastral parcels and reviewing the property status of 437 owners. Additionally, the scattered ownership structure of 301 citizens holding shares in multiple parcels was replanned.

The improvements extended beyond property rights; the reorganization of zoning roads and public use areas facilitated urban infrastructure development. As a result, the Alan Neighborhood has now been connected to the natural gas network. A ceremony to deliver the deeds was held at the 18 March Primary School, attended by local officials, including AK Party Siirt Deputy Mervan Gül.
