Sil van der Veen joins Schaatsteam Reggeborgh

Sil van der Veen will join Schaatsteam Reggeborgh for the upcoming season. The 19-year-old skater from Joure will join the allround division led by trainer Robin Derks.

Van der Veen, who previously skated for Gewest Fryslan, specializes in long distances, with the five-kilometer being his preferred event. Following a season where he earned silver and bronze medals at the World Junior Championships, he aims to build on his technical improvements.
