Silent Hill: Townfall guide for obtaining the first pistol

In the video game Silent Hill: Townfall, players can obtain their first firearm during Part 2: Zoe. To acquire the weapon, players must progress through the main story to the Medical Center and complete the encounter with Dr. Glenn.

After the narrative sequence, players resume control of Simon within the Clinic. Upon exiting the Clinic and heading toward the town square, players will find a box labeled as Richard’s gift. Interacting with this box and choosing to open it will add the pistol to the player's inventory.

The weapon is provided with very limited ammunition, requiring careful use. Players are advised to aim for headshots to increase efficiency, though they should remain cautious as gunfire can attract nearby monsters.
