Silent Hill: Townfall introduces first-person horror in Scotland

Silent Hill: Townfall, a new entry in the survival horror franchise developed by Screen Burn Interactive, is introducing a first-person perspective to the series. Set in the mid-1990s, the game takes place in St. Amelia, a coastal fishing town in Scotland.

Players control Simon Ordell, a character who finds himself in the abandoned, fog-shrouded town without clear knowledge of how he arrived. Early gameplay impressions highlight a slow-burn approach to building suspense, emphasizing a sense of vulnerability and helplessness. The experience focuses on environmental puzzles and exploration within the desolate, misty streets of the Scottish setting.
