SiliconFlow secures nearly 2.9 billion yuan in Series B+ and C funding
AI infrastructure company SiliconFlow has completed its second phase of Series B+ and Series C funding rounds. The company reported cumulative financing of nearly 2.9 billion yuan for the year 2026.
The investment group includes a mix of national-level funds, state-owned assets, industrial capital, and market-based investment institutions. Notable participants include the China Internet Investment Fund, China Mobile Chain Fund, and various regional state-owned funds from Shanghai, Chengdu, and Shandong.
SiliconFlow operates as a “Token factory,” providing inference services that encapsulate models and computing power into scalable API services. Its platform supports over 170 AI models and is compatible with hardware from manufacturers such as NVIDIA, Huawei Ascend, Moore Threads, and others. The company aims to use the new capital to advance research in inference engines, heterogeneous computing scheduling, and model-chip adaptation while expanding its global market presence.
