Silver mining companies report high-grade drill results in Nevada

Mining companies Sun Silver and Hycroft Mining have reported significant high-grade silver and gold drill results from their respective projects in Nevada.

Sun Silver intersected a broad silver-gold zone at its Maverick Silver Project. Drill hole MR25-235 returned 98.3 meters at 120.3 grams per tonne silver equivalent, including a 47.6-meter section at 200.6 grams per tonne silver equivalent. The results, which extend outside the current mineral resource estimate, also identified an antimony zone averaging 0.1% antimony.

Hycroft Mining confirmed high-grade silver continuity at its Brimstone and Vortex systems. At the Vortex project, the high-grade silver system was extended approximately 150 meters to the west, with one intercept measuring 12.5 meters at 375.41 grams per tonne silver. At Brimstone, drilling intersected 82.7 meters at 87.52 grams per tonne silver and 0.77 grams per tonne gold, moving the mineralization closer to the surface.
