Silverchair adds ScholarOne Manuscripts for FASEB and Portland Press journals

Silverchair announced that the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB) has selected ScholarOne Manuscripts as the manuscript management solution for its journal portfolio. The migration will give FASEB editorial teams access to a modern, configurable peer‑review platform, including the ScholarOne Gateway dashboard and the Relay API that integrates research‑integrity tools.

In a related partnership, Silverchair will also implement ScholarOne Manuscripts for Portland Press Limited, the publishing arm of the Biochemical Society. Portland Press, which handles more than 5,000 submissions each year across five journals and a society magazine, will move its peer‑review workflows from eJournalPress to ScholarOne. Both organisations will join the broader ScholarOne client community, which has been recognized with an EPIC Award from the Society of Scholarly Publishing. ScholarOne is currently used by over 650 publishers on more than 9,000 journal sites worldwide.
