Silversea names Nicola McNeish senior sales director for UK & Ireland

Silversea has appointed Nicola McNeish as Senior Director of Sales for the UK and Ireland, with the role taking effect at the end of September 2026. She will report to Andreas Nuessel, Silversea’s Managing Director for the UK and EMEA, and will lead the company’s trade‑sales strategy in the region, aiming to deepen relationships with local travel partners and strengthen Silversea’s position in the luxury cruise market.

McNeish brings more than 20 years of experience in cruise and travel distribution, most recently serving as Director of Sales for Celebrity Cruises in the UK and Ireland. Her earlier career includes senior roles at Celebrity Cruises and the Thomas Cook Group, covering national accounts, strategic account management, product optimisation and change management. Silversea said her appointment reflects the brand’s ongoing commitment to the UK & Ireland travel trade channel.
