The tension between Bronchalo and her son reportedly stems from conflicts involving her ex-partner, actor Rodolfo Sancho. Reports suggest that Daniel Sancho had issued an ultimatum to his mother regarding legal actions taken against his father, leading to her decision to distance herself from the judicial process.
