Silvia Maestre arrives in Poland for Miss Supranational 2026

Venezuelan model and communicator Silvia Maestre landed in Poland on Monday, 13 July, to begin her participation in the Miss Supranational 2026 pageant. Wearing a beige outfit, the Venezuelan flag and a black ribbon honoring the victims of the 24 June earthquakes, she announced, “Venezuela, I’m here… I come with the strength, hope and love of a country that never stops believing.”

Maestre, who hails from Santa María de Ipire in Guárico, sees the competition as a platform to draw international attention to her country’s recent hardships. She told reporters, “I carry the resilience, the pain and the faith of an entire nation.” The Venezuelan contestant is already listed among the pageant favorites alongside delegates from Indonesia, the Czech Republic, Spain and Brazil, and she hopes to secure Venezuela’s first Miss Supranational title.

Her arrival has generated significant social‑media activity, with thousands of followers sharing her messages of optimism and solidarity ahead of the final scheduled for 31 July.
