Silvija Nedeljković and Saša Stamenković welcome twins

Singer Silvija Nedeljković and former goalkeeper Saša Stamenković have become parents to twins following a 17-year struggle to conceive. The twins, a daughter named Staša and a son named Boško, were born via C-section on September 21 at the ‘Narodni front’ clinic in Belgrade.

Upon leaving the maternity ward, the family was met by brass musicians. Stamenković expressed his joy and support for his wife, noting that the arrival of the children represents the fulfillment of a long-held life wish. The names chosen for the children carry specific meanings: Boško, named after Stamenković’s grandfather, signifies ‘God’s gift,’ while Staša symbolizes ‘victory.’
